Having invested well over £100,000 of my own income over the past 10 years to learn from the best behaviour change coaches, comfort eating therapists and other leading personal trainers and online coaches, it’s fair to say I have learnt a lot to better serve my clients and provide the best online training in the world.
Online Personal Training is the most effective way to offer life changing fitness coaching to achieve and maintain the results you want for the rest of your life.
It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability.

I'm there to keep you accountable with the right support to keep you at it long enough to create lifelong change.
The programme I create will be specific to you to help you achieve your personal health, fitness and body goals.
The fun doesn't stop there, once you receive your plan, I will be there to support, motivate and guide you every step of the way.
The support consists of, weekly message check-ins, personalised video feedback, contact via text, WhatsApp or email, changing the plan as your progress on my client only app, and tracking your nutrition via My Fitness Pal. I will be your full-time Personal Trainer there to ensure you're on track.
There is just one price for this programme as every client receives the maximum support required to aid them in achieving their fitness and body composition goals. The price is only £35 per week, £140 per month to hire me as your full-time coach.
The payments are all made via standing order bank transfer, and there is no contract so you can pause or even cancel at any time.
When you compare the price to in-person personal training, you can see that Online Coaching is the most cost-effective way of hiring a coach, especially if you're based in London. Personal Trainers based in London charge between £50-£75 per session, if you're having 2-3 sessions per week, it can be quite costly.
I also strongly believe to it be by far the most effective way for life long change, focusing on the things that truly matter and having someone by your side, go above and beyond (myself) to ensure you reach your goal.

Typically every Sunday, I'll send you a check-in form that will provide me with information far more important than simply tracking your training and nutrition alone or going through a session together. It also allows you to reflect on whats going well in the week to keep making progress.
The check-in form will inform me of anything you might be struggling with and any changes that might be required, your energy levels, mood, sleep, weight etc.
Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with personalised video feedback where I'll highlight areas in which you're doing well, things that can be improved and what we need to work on moving into the following week. All this ensures we're consistently moving towards your goal at a rate in which you're happy.
No, you definetly don't need a gym membership. When I create your plan, I'll design it around the equipment you have available. Having said that, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I'll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; like a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench.

Most of my clients are based in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland, but I also coach others in the US, Australia and Europe.
Many of my clients have jobs that require them to travel regularly; this makes online personal training an ideal fit for them. I'm happy to alter the plan so that you can stay on track while travelling.
Each exercise is accompanied by a video showing you how it done and key exercise cue points to ensure you're performing each rep as well as possible. Furthermore, any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercises and forward it to me. Then, during your weekly video feedback, I'll be able to critique your form to ensure you master it in the future.
As well as receiving a personalised feedback video and messages, completing a detailed check-in form each week, you'll be able to text, email or WhatsApp me at any time. This is my personal number which I don't give out lightly. You'll have access to one of the worlds best coaches in your pocket.
Yes, most of the clients I work with are complete beginners. When I create your plan, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals.
Upon sign up, we can have a quick personal 1-1 chat, or if you prefer I will send a detailed form that will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you're a beginner, I'm going to ensure you achieve incredible results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you're an advanced trainee and have reached a plateau then I'm going to ensure I take your training to the next level.
Absolutely! Depending on your start point and what YOU want to work on, we will set customised nutrition habits to work on. This will be changing just 1 or 2 things from your current diet at a time to create lifelong change.
You'll know exactly how many calories and protein you should be consuming each day to get to your goal if you want to track your food. (This will change and be updated every few weeks)
You'll learn what foods to eat that you enjoy and what foods are best avoided.
No, absolutely not, only you have access to your progress photos. The progress photos you see on my website, and on my social media platforms are all of clients who want to share their fantastic progression. I am so proud of the clients who choose to work with me.
It all depends on where you’re at and what you want to do each week.
You may want to send me photos of your meals and snacks each week, if so you’ll do this over WhatsApp.
You may decide to focus on building a few habits like cutting out the evening binge.
You may want to begin only having 1 takeaway each week or cutting alcohol. If so we can check in each week by message to see how this is going.
It’s all decided by what is best for you as an individual.
Within in your programme and time working with me I’ll get you to
track your food diary by using the MyFitnessPal app. MyFitnessPal is the most popular and most user-friendly way of tracking your diet. Using this, I can ensure you’re within your calorie and protein targets for better results as well as becoming more aware of your own diet and food choices.
As often as you feel is right for you. There is no perfect amount to train.
For some clients doing 10 minutes daily to set them up for the day works best to gain energy and focus.
For others 2-3 times per week. I’ll design a plan to fit around your lifestyle.
I have clients who train once per week and have others who train 4-5x per week. I’ll design the plan around what is best for you and your results.
You can pause or cancel your at any time. I ask for 2 weeks notice to find a suitable replace for your coaching slot. I only work with 15 clients online at one time to ensure I can focus on delivering the best service possible to those who choose to work with me.
Most clients will see progress after just a couple weeks of following their plan.
How long it’ll take to achieve your desired weight or goal, really depends on what your goal is and starting point.
I’ll do everything in my power to help you achieve your physique goal in the quickest possible time. I really care so deeply about those who choose to work with me, I’ll do everything within my power to set you on the right path from the get go.
Once you’ve applied for coaching through my website, I’ll send you a message to arrange a quick 1-1 call or send a questionnaire with what I need on.
As soon as first payment has come through and you’ve completed your questionnaire and provided your front, side and rear photos, I’ll then get started on your plan.
I will then have your plan created within the next 24 hours.
This is the time it takes to create a truly customised programme for you.
The support (the most important part) starts right away.
I measure progress in many different metrics.
The most important ones I see progress in with my clients are how they’re feeling with day to day life… Have they got more energy for what’s important for them?
Are they feeling more confident in situations you may have shy’d away from before?
Also progress in strength (progressive overload), measurements, scale weight, improvements in endurance, and of course, changes in the body via progress photos. Full measurements and progress photos are done every four weeks, other metrics like strength and weight will be tracked weekly
You’ll be logging your sessions either via mobile or desktop, every rep, set, weight used and time taken will be tracked and synced instantaneously using my client only app. I get notified as soon as any workout has been completed and you can also attach your fitbit so I can see your daily steps. I’ll then go through this data and progress made via your weekly check ins.
During normal working hours, I aim to get back to people as soon as I possible can with my hectic schedule, within a few hours, outside of working hours, this can be longer. But even on the weekend, I’ll certainly get back to you within 24 hours.
Of course, In fact, a fair few of my clients are veggie or vegans.

I have different programmes that offer more support through FaceTime check in calls or video training sessions in the comfort of your home which we can chat about in your initial set up call.
For the £35 weekly programme, your training sessions won’t be done via video. You’ll be supplied with a customised training plan and a personalised video explaining it; you’ll know what you need to do during each session.
We focus on the things more important than the workout, where online classes the main focus is solely on the workout.
You’ll receive a significant amount of support, including message support with my personal number, weekly check-ins and feedback.
The personalised video feedback is where I’ll answer any questions you’d like covered in great detail, including providing feedback and support on both your training and nutrition tracking.
If you need coaching tips, you can send me videos of you doing specific exercises so I can review and feedback.
Every single part of your plan is customised, from the set of habits we set each week. The best part about my coaching is it all comes from you, I strongly believe this is where the transformation happens.
Everyone is different; therefore, everyone will receive a fully customised training and nutrition plan.
I do NOT offer any one-size-fits-all training or diet plans. I spend a lot of time writing up your training sessions and always aim to help where I can.
Upon signup, we will have a quick 1-1 chat that will provide me with all the information I need to create your plan.
Once I’ve created your programme, I’ll send you a video or text taking you through the ins and outs of your plan and explaining why you’ll be doing X exercise and why you’ll be required to eat X amount or simply having a brief of our chat reminding you of the goals set for the coming few weeks. Everything is built around you and your needs.
